She began her journey with the company as a Data Analyst, quickly proving her adaptability and drive by cross-training across departments and supporting multiple facets of the business. Her initiative and hands-on experience made her a natural fit for a leadership position when the opportunity arose.

Before joining AMC, Lacey built her foundation in the hospitality industry, where she gained valuable experience in guest service, team leadership, and operational management. Combined with her academic studies in Psychology and Sociology, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to operations and team dynamics.

At AMC, Lacey oversees daily operations, fosters internal collaboration, and ensures the company runs efficiently and effectively. Her comprehensive understanding of the business and her commitment to continuous improvement make her a key force behind the company’s success.
