Rhett brings over a decade of public sector leadership to his role as President of Asset Management Consultants. With a background in finance, contracting, and procurement, Rhett spent 12 years working across multiple large municipalities and utility providers throughout Northern Virginia.

Prior to taking over AMC, Rhett served as the Senior Contracting and Procurement Official for all Engineering, Construction and Capital Projects at Fairfax Water — one of the largest public utilities in the nation. He worked closely with dozens of internal departments and external partners to manage complex capital improvement projects and public infrastructure contracts.

Rhett’s transition to AMC was driven by a simple realization: public funds tied up in municipal systems are often left unclaimed — and navigating the recovery process is harder than it should be. With firsthand experience on the government side, Rhett brings a uniquely strategic approach to recovering assets while maintaining professional rapport with local agencies nationwide.
